Inspection after Receiving:
When you receive your order, immediately check the items are undamaged, complete and delivered according to the invoice.
Should this not be the case, you must notify us within 24 hours trough email@example.com or by calling +31 (0)294 457 062. When you start using the articles, delivery is accepted.
The return form:
To process your return in good order, it is necessary to fill out our digital return form. You will find this form under Customer Service.
Fill in the form completely. The customer service will be aware of the return product(s) sent by you and will contact you. If the goods can be returned, you also get the return address.
Note: Please do not forget to add a copy of the invoice in the box. Otherwise we would do not know who the package is from.
We recommend that you use a traceable method of return the goods and keep proof of dispatch in case of doubt. Please note that you have to pay the costs for returning products.
All returned items must comply the following conditions:
- The article is complete and undamaged
- The product is not a tailor-made product or special ordered for you.
- Products from our Outlet are not accepted as return
- The product was not used
- The product is still in the original (factory) packaging, undamaged and not written by you or plastered
- The digital return form is completed and submitted through the webshop, were your purchased your article, and you have a (copy of) the invoice in the box attached
- The return shipment is properly packed so items can not be damaged during transport
- Clearly indicate the address of Best-Fix B.V. on the shipping box
- Cost for returns are for sender
Factory packaging must be securely packed and returned undamaged. For example, wrap the original packaging of staples in an additional box, so that the original packaging is not damaged during transport.
Did you order wrong? In that case we ask you also to fill in the return form and include your name, order number, the product you want to return and the desired product that you would like to receive.
If you have to pay, we will send you an email with the amount due, so you can make it in advance. To us
We immediately set apart the product you want (if available) until we have received your return and payment (in case you have to pay extra).
If you have chosen a cheaper product you will get a shop credit, which will be settled with your next order.
- Best-Fix BV will charge you shipping costs for processing and delivery of this exchange.
- Only if Best-Fix has sent a wrong item by mistake, the correct item will be sent at no additional shipping costs.
- Tailor-made products or products specially ordered for you can not be returned unless agreed in writing.
